Aftercare

If you choose to frame your print yourself, we recommend ultraviolet-resistant plexiglass.
Plexiglass will not shatter and puncture your valuable art work
if dropped, it is distortion free and protects from sun damage.
Never mount your print on foamcore, Instead sandwich
your print between glazing and 8ply PH neutral backing board
in conjunction with archival corner mounts.
This allows for generous airspace between the glazing
and print, producing a professional finish.

If you leave your print unframed then store flat between
archival-quality paper (acidfree).
When not enjoying your print, store it in a cool, dark, dry place.
Do not leave an unprotected print in direct sun light for long periods because it will reduce the life span.
Halogen picture lights are great for looking at art work, but
they to have very strong UV  capability, that will accelerate the
aging of your fine art, we suggest putting an ultraviolet filter
on the bulb.
This all means that your future family or those you
bequeath your fine art work to, will get as much pleasure
out of it as you do.
